About Me

 

I earned my M.S. from The University of Rhode Island Couples and Family Therapy Program.  As an adjunct at The University of Rhode Island for 15 years, I have taught undergraduate and graduate level courses including Couples and Family Relationships, Intro to Counseling and Family Interactions.

I have extensive extensive experience working with couples and individuals.  Areas include relationship issues, communication, managing conflict, managing anxiety, rewriting core beliefs, identifying and setting boundaries with narcissistic family members and other mental health/growth concerns.  I work from a growth mindset and positive psychology framework.  In addition, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems approach.

As a Life Coach, I utilize Eudaimonia Psychology.  I work with clients to flourish emotionally and physically.  Clients learn to shift ineffective patterns and thrive as a result of changing thoughts to change their lives.
